Modernize a slow, error-prone campaign management system for a retailer with 7,000+ stores, enabling CPG partners to efficiently launch, manage, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns..

 The Accomplishments

  • Defined and prioritized core platform features through user research, stakeholder collaboration, and a structured MVP planning process

  • Led strategy and UX design, translating business needs and user pain points into innovative workflows, information architecture, and intuitive experience flows

  • Developed comprehensive user flows and decision logic to support campaign creation, collaboration, and management at scale

  • Designed and iterated interface wireframes and prototypes in Figma, aligning usability with technical feasibility and business goals

  • Partnered with engineers to deliver a fully functioning, intuitive web app that met all client and CPG partner requirements

The Result
